Join Bactosure's Advisory Board

Help Shape the Future of On-Site Microbiological Testing

We are assembling an Advisory Board of 3-6 members who will provide strategic guidance, thought leadership, and industry expertise to help Bactosure navigate startup challenges and achieve our objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Startup Guidance: Assist in addressing early-stage operational challenges and launch activities.
  • Market Expansion: Advise on strategies for international market entry and competitive positioning.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Provide insights into global laboratory testing standards and assist in navigating overseas regulatory environments.
  • Operational Scalability: Guide us in optimising operations and supply chains for efficient scaling.
  • Financial Strategy: Offer expertise in funding acquisition, financial planning, and investment management.
  • Mentorship: Support the development of our leadership team through mentorship and capacity building.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates with experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • Startup Experience: Proven track record in launching and scaling startups, particularly in technology or biotech sectors.
  • International Market Expansion: Expertise in entering and establishing businesses in global markets.
  • Regulatory Affairs: In-depth knowledge of international laboratory testing and public health regulations.
  • Operational Efficiency: Experience in scaling operations, supply chain management, and implementing efficiency improvements.
  • Financial Acumen: Background in securing funding, venture capital, and managing financial strategies for startups.
  • Industry Expertise: Familiarity with biotechnology, microbial detection technology, or the water testing industry.
  • Network and Influence: Strong connections with industry leaders, regulatory bodies, and potential partners.
